LP-900A-650 Precision CNC Arbitrary Angle Double Head Saw

The LP-900A-650 is a precision CNC double head saw. It is designed for multi-angle cutting of industrial and aluminum curtain wall profiles. Its swing arm structure allows both saw heads to cut simultaneously or individually. As a result, productivity increases significantly.

Moreover, it uses imported servo motors and direct-output cutting motors. Therefore, performance remains stable and reliable. The swing angle ranges from 22.5° to 135°. This is controlled by robot RV reducers for high accuracy. In addition, it features an automatic chip removal system and an aluminum chip collection bin. Thus, operation and maintenance become much easier.

Main Features:

  • Features a special swing arm cutting structure, mainly used for multi-angle cutting of industrial profiles and aluminum curtain wall and window profiles.

  • Both saw heads can cut simultaneously or individually.

  • Equipped with imported servo motors and direct-output cutting motors.

  • Utilizes imported precision reducers, rack and pinion, and servo control to ensure accurate feeding dimensions and durability.

  • The two heads can swing from 22.5° to 135° with robot RV reducers for precise angle control.

  • Includes an automatic chip removal system and aluminum chip collection bin.
